Research on Factors of Affecting Learners’ Continuous Learning Behavior on the Online Education Platform Based on ISM
the rapid development of online education has promoted the development of education information in China and provided more learning opportunities and resources for people. However， the learner’s continuous learning behavior is not ideal on the online education platform. Based on literature review， this paper summarizes the factors that may affect the learner’s continuous learning behavior on the online education platform. Through the merger of similar factors， we select 19 direct factors and analyze the relationship between the various factors to determine the adjacency matrix and the reachable matrix and establish the interpretation structure model through the hierarchical decomposition， and to establish the hierarchical relationship and role path of various factors of continuous learning behavior on the online education platform. It found that the most direct reason is the continuous learning intention and the social evaluation of the curriculum and the platform. The basic reasons are the learning motivation， the learner’s foundation， the platform management mechanism， the difficulty and the interest of the curriculum. Therefore， it is necessary to improve the proportion of continuing learners on the online education platform from three aspects: optimizing curriculum design， improving platform mechanism design and understanding learners’ needs.
