Interpretation of the Construction Standard (Trial) of Digital Campus in Primary and Secondary School

The ministry of education released Construction Standard (Trial) of Digital Campus in Primary and Secondary School (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”) in April 2018.It provides guidance and requirements for the construction of digital campus of in primary and middle schools nationwide and intends to promote the quality of the construction and application of digital campus orderly and rapidly. Besides that， It also suitable for putting forward the goals that “digital campus construction covers the entire schools” in Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan . This paper interprets and analyzes the guiding ideology， core content and era significances from four aspects: background， compilation idea， structure， main content and features.
