Learning Support Service System Design and Practice in Blended Learning
With the development of the micro lessons， resource sharing lessons， MOOCs and a series of online lessons， the combination of online and offline learning mode has become a trend. About blended learning researches， some domestic scholars have turned to research the learning support service in blended learning. After defining the concept of learning support service in blended learning and combined with the prevalence of common problems in the blended learning， this paper constructed a learning support service system in blended learning environments and carried out two rounds of teaching practice in the Visual Culture and Media Literacy course. In the end， this paper summed up the strategies of learning support service in blended learning: firstly， we should pay attention to the service way diversification; secondly， we should collect feedbacks on learners timely which can manage and improve all kinds of support service effectively; thirdly， we should attention the coordination between each support service and be aimed at the practical problems in teaching effectively.
