英文摘要 | Information literacy is a basic aspect of student ability development in the information society. Many developed economies in the Asia-Pacific region regard information literacy as an important evaluation indicator of the student ability system. This study analyzes the status quo of information literacy evaluation at the stage of K-12 education in the Asia-Pacific region and finds some deficiencies in the formulation of relevant domestic standards. In order to further explore ways to build an information literacy assessment system, this study collects the documents of information literacy assessment toward student in basic education in five regions, such as Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Australia, and then summarizes the development characteristics and the present level of information literacy in the Asia Pacific Region. The setting of information literacy assessment standard and the choice of implementation methods in the view of transnational comparison provide a reference and basis for the information literacy evaluation system related to the K-12 education in our country. The discussion on this basis will provide a certain degree of reference for determining the scientific and rigorous general evaluation standard and improving the information literacy evaluation index system at the stage of K-12 education in China. |
