Research on the Relationship between Teenagers' Online Entertainment Behavior and Interpersonal Communication：Take the Survey of Primary and Secondary School Students in Some Areas of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong Provinces As An Example

Digital lifestyle has had a profound effect on young people. While teenagers enjoy the convenience of the Internet， they are also facing various challenges of the times. It is a common phenomenon that teenagers have high preference for online games. The impact of online entertainment on young people has been widely discussed and concerned. This research explored the impact of different types of online entertainment activities on interpersonal communication between teenagers and different people， based on the survey of primary and secondary school students in some areas of Shanxi， Hebei， Shandong provinces. The results indicated that there are differences in the influence of online entertainment on interpersonal relationships between young people and parents， teachers， peers (same-sex and heterosexual)， and strangers. Moreover， ＂Computer-based online entertainment＂ has a relative significant impact on teenagers' interpersonal relationships. Although online entertainment has become one of the important factors affecting teenagers' interpersonal communication， the advantages and disadvantages of this influence coexist. Negative effects of online entertainment can never be ignored. Therefore， in order to cultivate qualified digital citizens， proper control and active guidance of young people’s online entertainment behavior are required.
