A Study on the Teaching Practice of the Flipped Classroom of Adult Education Under the Support of Mobile Technology
With the rapid development of the informational age， the threshold of adult education has gradually declined. Except， its learning methods are solidified， the working hours are tight and the pressure is great. This causes that adult learners are careless of learning knowledge and skills， which leads to the quality of teaching is not optimistic. As the flipped classroom appears， it changes the traditional education concept of “What I say goes”， and focus on sharing and exchanging of knowledge. Mobile technology can build a virtual learning space for adult learners， which successfully ease the tight time of learning; it also provides technical support for the effective development of the flipped classroom. The combination of the two brings new opportunities for adult education. Based on it， the study is based on mobile technology as the support， and uses the flipped classroom as its carrier， builds the model of the flipped classroom based on the mobile technology. The study takes this model as a guide， launching the teaching practice of the flipped classroom of adult education in the Shanghai Open University’s course of Practice of Service Management， and demonstrates its effectiveness in improving the quality of Adult Education. Finally， the study puts forward related problem and thinking in view of the curriculum practice in order to perfect the flipped classroom model of adult education.
