Development and Verification of Online Learning Power Assessment Tools for Online Learners
Online learning is an important way to promote professional development. It is necessary to study online learners， learning power and to carry out online learning assessment for improving the effects of online learning. Combining theory research， expert argumentation and multiple rounds of empirical tests， we developed an online learning model. Based on this model， an online learner scale assessment tool was developed， and the scientific model of learning capacity is verified through comprehensive rounds of validation and testing. This model can provide the basis for the evaluation of online learning quality and development learning power as a useful tool for online learners.
