英文摘要 | The governance reform in compulsory education school is facing many constraints and challenges. Through revealing the behavior logic of stakeholder in the process of governance reform, we can analyze the main factors hindering progress, and then put forward effective countermeasures. Using the analytical framework of "concept,interest and system" to analyze the different subjects of governance reform in compulsory education schools, we can find, national government and local government,school management, teachers, students and parents in the school are influenced by the inherent idea,interests and system, hindering the process of governance reform.In order to promote governance reform in compulsory education school, the government should appropriately decentralize the school,and change the mode of control. The Schools should establish a model of multi subject co governance. The schools should establish specific substantive system and procedural system to stimulate the vitality of the main body and restrict the excessive power of vested interests. We should use informal institutions to promote the change of stakeholders' ideas. |
