英文摘要 | xAn important mission to strengthen the mainstream ideological identification is to guide young college teachers to actively engage themselves in the historical process of realizing the Chinese revival of nationhood. Based on an investigation of the current situation of the mainstream ideological identification of young college teachers, this paper reveals several problems concerning the ideological identity of young teachers, and puts forward four countermeasures from the perspectives of leading value, sympathetic resonance, endogenous motivation and institutional guarantee. |
