英文摘要 | Provided by teaching consultant as third party through classroom observation, student feedback collection and corresponding interview, Midterm Student Feedback Teaching Consultation Service (MSF service) is aimed at helping teachers find out teaching problems and the ways to solve them. Based on the student feedback and teaching consultation service, teachers can figure out solutions to dilemmas and employ them in teaching practice to enhance teaching. The factors facilitating the improvement of teaching behavior include service motivation in conformity with teachers' requirement, students' positive participation, consultants' guidance and teachers' positive reflection. MSF service has both visible and invisible impact on teaching. |
