DuanLipei and TaoXingzhi have been in their relation to each other for a short time. TaoXingzhi have influence on DuanLipei in the spirit of education， integrity of Teaching，Learning and Practice， Mr.Small system，the expression of education thought deeply. DuanLipei have followed TaoXingzhi’s footsteps from the reality of the education reform and development. These two educators have many similarities.
