英文摘要 | Dr. Hannele Niemi is a professor at Faulty of Education Sciences, University of Helsinki (UH). Her experience at UH includes the Vice Rector of University of Helsinki (2003-2009), the Dean of the Faulty of Education (2001-2003). She is also the Chair of Sino-Finnish Joint Learning Innovation Institute (JoLII). Her research area is teacher profession development, teacher education quality, moral education, and technology-based learning environment. Prof. Niemi has more than 100 peerreviewed papers attributed to her on teacher education and technology based teaching and learning. These include some books focus on Finnish education system, such as The Miracle of Education: The Principles and Practices of Teaching and Learning in Finnish Schools(2016), Finnish Innovations and Technologies in Schools: Towards New Ecosystems of Learning(2014), Research- Based Teacher Education in Finland (2006) and Education as a Societal Contributor(2007). In order to learn experience of teacher education and understand more on future development in this field from Finnish perspective, this interview focused on students’ core competence, teacher professional knowledge and abilities and technology-enhanced teacher education. |
