英文摘要 | Th e government of England formally started to supervise the vocational teacher education and training from the late 1990s,and experienced the three phases of "attempting",\"strengthening" and "weakening" supervision in the recent 20 years. The professional standards,qualification accreditation and curriculum modules of vocational teacher education and training reflect three core factors of vocational teacher education and training system in England,and this system embodies the following characteristics:general professional standards, hierarchical teacher qualification system,and spiral curriculum structure. |
