英文摘要 | In Japan,from 2005 to 2014,quantitative statistics provided by five professional journals in education indicate that researches on teacher’s professional development,most of which work on its paths,is the core of teacher’s study. As school education problems increases in recent years,traditional teacher education institutions and models suffer from confidence crisis. Newly-emerging institutions,led by private universities, teaching profession graduate schools,coaching schools and private sector education institutions,have forced the traditional teacher education institutions and models to reconstruct. The teacher’s professional development trends characterized of high quality,diversification,practice-orientated and independence will become the new norm. |
