Development of Practice and Strategic Significance of Aid to Africa and Cooperation between China and Africa on TVET

“African Union Agenda 2063”launched in 2015 has lighted the new hope for development in the heart of African people. Since the establishment of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation，China government has been increasing the aid to African education，such as by building TVET institutions and dispatching teachers， carrying out vocational and technical training and providing educational materials for African institutions. China-Africa cooperation in TVET has made positive progress，which has set a good example for outgoing of China’s education. There is no doubt that strengthening the education aid to Africa and China-Africa cooperation have strategic significance，for improving the level of the internationalization of China’s education，accelerating China-Africa cultural exchanges，trade cooperation and butt to butt among industries and sources of energy，as well as promoting African people's livelihood and human resources，etc.
