英文摘要 | This article focuses on a representative Sino- U.S. educational exchange project- the“100000 strong initiative”, and discusses the newtrends and characteristics of American educational internationalization in the new era. The strategy gradually shifts from “restricted conservative political strategy”to “open door and bilateral strategy”, fromEurope centered to Asia oriented, especially stressing the strategic partnership with China. During this period,more stakeholders and agents get involved in the global labor market. Meanwhile, the “Government Pushing Hands”behind the project become more invisible. Facing the newpolitical situation,China should be more proactive and more open to join in the competition and cooperation of global education communication and exchange, in order to enhance and present Chinese cultural attraction and soft power. |
