欧盟高等教育国际化发展的主要特征———基于欧盟相关政策文本的分析

Characteristic of EU Internationalization of Higher Education Policies

As an important force to promote internationalization， globalization is not only changing the process of internationalization，but also accelerating the development of internationalization. In order to respond to the opportunities and challenges of globalization，EU issued a series of policies for the internationalization of education. Through analyzing the texts of these policies， the paper finds that the development of EU internationalization of higher education present following characteristics: emphasizing the “Global Dimension”steering of the internationalization of higher education policies， promoting the diversity of cooperation subjects of the internationalization of higher education， strengthening the internationalization ideology into the curriculum，reinforcing the effectiveness of teachers mobility and attaching importance to the international mobility of student.
