韩国创业型英才教育探析———以“青年创业士官学校”为例

On South Korea's Entrepreneurial Elite Education：Taking “Youth Entrepreneurship Sergeant School” as an Example

Working together with“Small and Medium Business Administration”，“Small and Medium Business Corporation”of South Korea set up the first“Youth Entrepreneurship Sergeant School”in March， 2011. The school provides a series of supporting services such as entrepreneurship space，entrepreneur- ship education，entrepreneurship financing and business management instruction for the registered students. Besides， the school has also taken in a withdraw mechanism to ensure the services to be provided to the real talents. Since it was established， the school has made remarkable achievements both in entrepreneurial elite educating and the mechanism innovation.
