英文摘要 | This study investigated the 40 years' policy development since the resuming of College Entrance Examination system and reform,and analyzed the practice of China?s talent preparation . The study found that facing the challenges from the popularization of higher education and the development of students' individual personality, the College Entrance Examination policy in our country closely follows the laws of social change,education reform and talent growth. According to the evolution of policy texts and with the focus on the goal of talent preparation,we divided the evolution of this system into four sta- ges ,that is,restoration,adjustment,improvement,and reform and innovation, during which our talent preparation mode gradually shifted from one-way selection to two-way choice,from single choice to multi- ple choices,and from i xed choice to f 1 exible choices. In the new era, in order to promote the reformof the system,in the precondition o f ensuring justice and equality,starting from reforming the examination and enrollment mechanism, we should improve current assessment criteria, construct comprehensive and multi-dimensional assessment system :^or college and university enrolment,buildupthescientific, effective and multi-layered recruiting model,and improve the innovative talents preparation system. |
