Formative Factors in College Graduates' Employment Difficulties: An Econometric Study Based on Human Capital and Technological Progress Matching Model

Solving the problems related to the employment of college graduates has important theoretical value and practical significance. Based on the market theory concerning the influence of college graduates on human capital and technological progress matching in modern economic growth， a theoretical framework of college graduates' requirement system analysis is established， and an empirical study is carried out. The root causes of college graduates' employment difficulties lie in the short-term social production behavior by placing too much emphasis on capital investment while neglecting the improvement of human capital level， and valuing the imparting of imitative knowledge instead of the cultivation of innovative knowledge production capabilities.
