两岸大学生就业流动的性别差异分析———基于福建省和台湾地区高校毕业生的调查数据

An Analysis of Gender Differences in College Students’ Employment Mobility: Based on the Survey Data of College Graduates in Fujian Province and Taiwan Province

From the perspectives of inter-class mobility， rural-urban mobility and inter-industry mobility， this paper introduces ＂gender bias index＂ to analyze gender differences in college students' employment mobility between Fujian and Taiwan. The findings are summarized as follows: the outflow rate of male college students to the upper class is higher than that of female college students both in Fujian and Taiwan; gender segregation in various sectors is prominent both in Fujian and Taiwan; as for rural-urban mobility， male college students in Fujian migrate more frequently than male college students in Taiwan. In order to enhance the gender harmony in college students' employment mobility， it is imperative to beware of the negative return of traditional gender culture， get rid of gender imbalance within the realm of higher education and provide services to promote the free movement of both genders in urban and rural areas.
