英文摘要 | Undergraduates' team scientific creativity is a frontier topic in today's education organizational behavior. Based on an integrated perspective of intrinsic motivation and social cognition, this study establishes a theoretical model on the relationship between leader empowering behavior and undergraduates' team scientific creativity. Using hierarchical regression analysis and multiple intermediary inspection, results from 80 innovation teams among science and engineering undergraduates reveal that leader empowering behavior exerts a significantly positive effect on team scientific creativity. Team intrinsic motivation and team psychological safety, acting as a partial medium between leader empowering behavior and team scientific creativity, exert a significantly positive effect on team scientific creativity. |
