英文摘要 | December 10th 2015, Every Student Succeeds Act signed by the American president conducts a series of reform, including setting up states’ high standard goals, education information technology, teacher issues, preschool education, tests and etc. The new bill highlights itself by improving education quality of the underprivileged student class, manifesting justice and equity of education policy, stressing diversified education policy which is based on local context. The paper draw to the conclusion that development trend of the new act would be decentralization of education power, consistently rising of education investment and adherence to reformation. The Act will definitely cause some dispute while it is promising to see the implementation. |
