英文摘要 | The Teachers’ Blended Training has been gradually rolled out in China. But at present, regional teachers’ Blended Training method still stay original exsisted-mode, ignore the current situation of difference in areas. Therefore, according to local conditions to construct Teachers’ Blended Training and carry out Blended Training is one of the important topics faced in the professional development field of teachers. Based on a wide range of literature research, this paper integrates ecology of education, Adult Education, Constructivism and cone of learning, to construct the Regional Teachers’ Blended Training mode from four aspects: regional teachers’ Blended Training, regional Integrated public service platform, organization and management mechanism, learning support service system. The mode not only provides holistic solution to regional teachers’ training, and stresses the transfer of “ from learning to researching” and “ from PC to mobile”, but also point out effectively making use of “ integral bank” to set up regional self-organized research mechanism”, and introduces ecological theories to explore regional teachers’ training at the regional level. |
