英文摘要 | Open educational resources (OER) could serve as a powerful drive to promote sharing of quality educational resources, close the education gap and achieve education equality. After over one decade of development, the key issue of open educational movement has shifted from resource construction to the sustainability of OER, which runs through all stages of OER projects and contains various stakeholders. They have different roles and appeals. To balance their interests, it is essential to figure out the type of stakeholders each group belong to. This essay constructs a marking table of stakeholders in OER sustainability with reference to stakeholder theory, Mitchell’s method of stakeholder analysis as well as three stages of OER: production, delivery and application. By inviting experts to fill the table and case study of OpenLearn Project, we identified the stakeholder type of each group in each stage and made suggestions for OER sustainable development based on the results. |
