Exploration on the Mixed Learning Model of College Physical Education under the Background of “Internet Plus”

As a learning derived from the Internet， the mixed learning philosophy and teaching style fits the characteristics of contemporary learners， and conforms to the needs of the development of the times. It provides a quick way for the college to integrate into the “Internet plus” era. Based on this， through the literature combing and combining with the teaching practice experience， in the reflection of “Internet plus” to college physical education in teaching ecology， learning style， teaching methods brought about by the impact of mixed learning to the effectiveness of college physical education， and the effect of mixed learning on college PE teaching aiming at the mixed learning as the breakthrough point， aiming at the characteristics of college physical education teaching， this paper puts forward the design scheme of mixed learning mode of college physical education teaching， which aims to provide useful exploration for the reform of “Internet plus” in college.
