英文摘要 | ICT-based network education development model in The University of Luxembourg promotes information education and scientific research ability and speeds up integration of European Higher Education in Bologna Process. The paper first discusses ICTbased international credit transfer system, exchange students training and multilingual teaching mode in University of Luxembourg. Then it analyzes ICT-based international educational ideal of among teaching, scientific research and talents introduction in University of Luxembourg. In addition it discusses its research platform in university running, elaborates the transformation model of scientific research achievements in online cooperation between university and enterprises. Further it states the common practice of international universities in promoting the concept of ICT-based lifelong learning and social service. At last it puts forward some enlightenments to ICT-based education model in Chinese universities on the basis of analysis and study on University of Luxembourg. |
