英文摘要 | In the information era, every primary and secondary school teacher must master informationalized teaching competence, it is a teacher’s important and necessary ability which can determine the quality and effectiveness of the basic education as the key factor. It is the fundamental strength that can promote the integration and innovation of application information technology in education. But many primary and secondary school teachers’ are deficient in informationalized teaching competence, it has become a major bottleneck in the development of education informationization. The development of primary and secondary school teachers’ informationalized teaching competence falls into predicaments, which include simple development mode, training different teachers in the same way, similar training resources, superficial support services and evaluation coerced by administration. So we put forward the measures to surmount these straits. The measures involve in adopting multiple development modes, classifying trainee according to teachers' level ,developing abundant high quality resources, providing comprehensive support services and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism. Through these ways, we hope to promote the healthy development of primary and secondary school teachers' informationalized teaching competence, and to provide excellent teachers in improving the quality and efficiency of basic education. |
