英文摘要 | The extensive application of information technology in education puts forward new challenges to teaching and research staff. Focus on teaching and research staff’s professional duty, the paper presents the method to constructing the model of teaching and research staff’s informationization research literacy. Refer to the research methods of teacher literacy, the paper divides the hierarchical structure of informationization research literacy; combining with the needs of professional practice and the transition of literacy, generates literacy elements; verifies and corrects model, ultimately establishes the literacy system and interprets the connotation, structure elements and connection, with a view to providing theoretical and practice reference for the professional development. |
