Research and Implementation of Knowledge Service Model based on the Meta Model

The paper puts forward knowledge service model based on the Meta Model， On the basis of the Meta Model of learning resources description system. collections of metadata and metadata model compose the Meta Model of a domain， and generate knowledge model of a established domain(i.e.，ontology)， under the direction of LOSD(i.e.，strategies)， SMA(i.e.，experiences)， Expert knowledge(i.e.，knowledge graph) and the domain Meta Model which already exists. The paper elaborates the process of building a knowledge Meta Model， takes music Meta Model as an example. The expansibility of data source is important and difficult for a Meta Model knowledge base， the paper implements expression ontology which includes seven tuple by relational database， and puts forward a technology of make unstructured data into structured data， so that， it implements that make the semantic knowledge be converted to local Meta Model knowledge. The paper expounds the application status of the knowledge service model based on the meta model.
