英文摘要 | Currently, the construction of ICT in education develops rapidly in China. It’s important to comprehensively monitor and evaluate the development of ICT in education, so that the construction progress can be accurately grasped, the development short board can be found out in time, and the development plan can be scientifically made. It’s the top priority of the moment to study and formulate the monitoring and evaluation framework for the development of ICT in education at county level. The framework reflects the basic thinking of monitoring and evaluation of the ICT in education, which refers to the construction of monitoring indicators, development stages and evaluation criteria. Based on the systematic analysis of existing monitoring and evaluation systems for the development of ICT in education, this article constructs a monitoring and evaluation framework for the development of ICT in education at county level with four core dimensions and four development stages. The four dimensions include management and service, ICT environment of teaching and learning, teachers' capacity of ICT application, and students' capacity of ICT application. And the four development stages refer to emerging stage, applying stage, infusing stage and innovating stage. |
