Exploration of “Internet +” Vocational Skills Cultivating and Training Modes

Nowadays the waves of ＂Internet +＂ have swept all over the world， and brought revolutionary changes to every field. Meanwhile， the existing vocational skills cultivating and training modes are reforming and transforming due to great challenges. This paper summarizes three representative emerging modes of ＂Internet +＂ vocational skills cultivating and training in current time: the O2O mixed mode， the mode based on virtual simulation， and the mode based on the multi- terminal service of cloud environment. By analyzing the characteristics， practice cases and effectiveness of each mode， the existing problems of applying each mode are identified， and the corresponding solutions and suggestions are provided.
