英文摘要 | The learning outcomes are extensively concerned and explored by researchers. The object is to improve learning process and shorten the learning cycle of improvement with the deep development of learning analytics and artificial intelligent technology. The research literatures and characteristic of learning prediction on the digital learning environment are reviewed. The research contents of learning outcomes prediction are vertically analyzed and the problems in the research are horizontally analyzed. Furthermore, the design orientations of learning outcomes prediction in the future are discussed from five aspects that including situation, theory, data, methodology and results. Finally, we interpret the prediction design principle of learner-centered data and design the research framework of personalized learning outcomes prediction in order to clarify the system analysis process and results. |
