自閉症類群障礙症同理心問題之回顧

A Literature Review of the Empathy Deficits in Autism Spectrum Disorder

過去視自閉症類群障礙者缺乏同理心，近年來我們對此論點抱持懷疑。本文回顧1985 年以來，以自閉症類群障礙者為研究對象之同理心文獻，從認知同理、情感共鳴、引發同理反應三部分進行探討。冀望藉此幫助個案家屬與實務工作者，對ASD 個案之同理心問題有更全面性的了解，文末並提出反思與建議。

Individuals with autism spectrum disorder were often stereotyped as lacking inempathy in the past. We become skeptical of this notion recently. This article is a literatureview that collects some important papers since 1985 and focuses on the empathy deficitsin autism spectrum disorder. We discussed in three parts, including cognitive empathy,emotional empathy, and initial empathic response. Hopefully, this review can help thefamilies and clinical practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of theempathy deficits in autism spectrum disorder. At the end of this paper provides reflectionsand suggestions.
