英文摘要 | The 13th Five- Year Plan for Education Informatization issued by Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and Future Ready Learning, Reimagining the Role of Technology in Education-2016 National Education Technology issued by the U. S. Department of Education depict the education inj'ormatization strategies concerning the vision, the focus and the path under different social contexts during the same period of time. The paper first analyzes the planning documents as "text" from the sentences of "facts" ; "evaluations" , "actions" and "outcomes" and then explores them as "discourse" from the perspectives of discursive orientations, discursive riferences and discursive positions. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts fon.vard some feasible suggestions for the discourse construction of Education Informatization in China. |
