英文摘要 | Establishment of an overpass of lifelong learning is a significant measure in lif'elong education system in China. Formulating a qualifications framework was included in the 13th Five-year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China in 2016. However, we are faced with a series of challenges in implementation of qualifications framework because of uncompleted vocational education and continuing education framework. The purpose of this paper is to introduce and analyze work-based learning from school to postgraduate levels, which is the major vocational education and continuing education forms in qualifications framework in foreign countries. There are several parts in this paper, including the barrier of establishing a qualifications framework in considering of current vocational education and continuing education system, work-based learning in vocational education system and its position in qualifications framework in foreign countries , case studies of master of professional practice , which is equivalent to academic master degree and professional degree in qualifications framework, in UK. It hopes that the work-based learning experience could be learned in order to provide all levels of vocational education and continuing education opportunities , in parallel with conventional education framework , to students and adults in national qualifications framework and finally realize a lif'elong learning society. |
