英文摘要 | Based on nearly 5000 students' questionnaires in a top university in China, this study explores the relationship between teaching behaviors and student satisfaction with teaching through factor analysis and regression analysis. Based on the study, teaching behaviors could be categorized into three key factors: organizing and delivering teaching content, adopting active learning strategies, and providing individualized communication and feedback. All of the three factors have a significant effect on students' overall satisfaction with the teacher and students' overall satisfaction with the course. The most important factor lies in organizing and delivering teaching content, which deserves special focus in teaching improvement. |
