英文摘要 | The effectiveness of philosophical general education needs to be evaluated from the perspective of students' learning quality. A large -scale questionnaire survey conducted in Nanjing University reveals the following findings: students tend to be driven by internal desire to learn; students express a high level of satisfaction with teaching and tend to adopt deep learning approach; students are generally interested in philosophical general education. The problem that needs to be addressed is students' learning engagement, including students' participation in classroom discussion, peer interaction, and communication with teachers. Based on the findings, the study puts forward several suggestions for the improvement of philosophical general education, such as stimulating students' internal motivation for learning, encouraging them to adopt deep learning approach, and enhancing their learning engagement. |
