University Students' Entrepreneurial League: Essential Elements and Model Establishment

The university students' entrepreneurial league has become a significant approach for university students to start their own business. Through the case study of two university students' entrepreneurial leagues， the paper identifies essential elements in the operation of the league， including organizational goals， operational mechanism， entrepreneurial education， entrepreneurial practice， entrepreneurial resources and supporting conditions. Among these elements， collaboration， learning and incentive mechanism are the three basic operational mechanisms of the league; entrepreneurial education and practice are the core functions of the league; the integration of entrepreneurial resources is key to league maintenance and student entrepreneurship. Furthermore， based on the practical experience of these cases， the study establishes a conceptual model for university students' entrepreneurial league in hopes of providing some references for its establishment and development.
