英文摘要 | The cultivation of innovative talents in science and technology is the mission and inherent requirement of the establishment of first-class universities and disciplines in China. Existing studies in this field failed to reveal the "real state" of quality structure of innovative S & T talents. Therefore, the orientation of innovative S & T talent cultivation is ambiguous and the existing training model and quality evaluation lack empirical basis. By combining methods of qualitative research and quantitative research, this study establishes a five -factor quality structure model with "innovative S & T talent" as its criterion -reference. The validity and reliability of the model are verified by confirmatory factor analysis and test, and its implications for innovative S & T talent cultivation in Chinese universities are also discussed. |
