Reflections on the Implementation of the Newly Promulgated Private Education Promotion Law

The newly amended Private Education Promotion Law is going to be enforced on September 1st this year. Some concrete questions are asked when the new law is implemented， although some items are clarified and some disputed issues resolved. It is imperative to implement the new law by living up to the requirement and expectations of the nation and carry it out according to the school's situation and its developmental phase with an overall apprehension and careful interpretation of the law. For -profit and non -profit schools should be distinguished， false enforcement should be eliminated， and policy-making innovation should be encouraged. It is imperative that all walks of life bring wisdom into play and solve practical problems so as to promote the sound， stable and sustainable development of private schools.
