英文摘要 | Based on the theory of teaching organization, the study designs a scale with five dimensions and 26 factors to measure teaching organizational strategies for Ideological and Political Theory Course and a scale on teaching effectiveness with four dimensions and 22 factors. 792 students from 16 universities in Shaanxi Province participated in the survey concerning the basic characteristics of teaching organizational strategies and their impact on teaching effectiveness. Key findings are summarized as follows: the overall perception of teaching organizational strategies is on or below the medium level, among which the perception of arousing interest is at the lowest level compared with that of structure, clarity, practice and classroom discussion; students' perception of teaching organizational strategies varies significantly by gender, major, and type of institution; teaching organizational strategies exert great impact on teaching effectiveness. The article puts forward some suggestions for the enhancement of teaching strategies and teaching effectiveness. |
