The Review and Reflection of 15 years’ School Curriculum Construction in China
The 15 years of Chinese school curriculum development demonstrates periodical features：making efforts to offer courses in all directions，trying to attain curriculum integration， and exploring cur- riculum synthesis. Each stage has its objective necessity and unique characteristics，showing a progressive tendency . The 15 years of school curriculum construction has made remarkable achievements；however，there are also problems that cannot be ignored，especially as follows：some schools insufticiently adapted national curriculum； school-based curriculum was designed without a clear plan；there was a trend of formalism in curriculum integration；and the overall curriculum planning was of little effective . To deepen school curriculum construction，school curriculum should be guided by key competencies；regional advancement should be implemented on the basis of research；action research should be conducted on the is- sues of curriculum development；and learning-oriented campus should be built and powered by cultural capital accumulation .
