The Head Teacher Encountering Stigmatization： Realistic Dilemma and Identity Recognition
The stigmatization that head teachers are encountering gives the negative deconstruction for their professional development， such as destructive review， negative forming， forced pressure and structural bias. The deconstruction comes from the crisis of trust in contemporary society and the bad phenomenon of school education. It is of profound pedagogical significance to probe deeply into the ＂stigma＂ phenomenon encountered by head teachers. Out of the stigmatization， head teachers should reshape their identity from the behavior of self-discipline， the professional self-awareness and the relationship of self-reorganization.
