英文摘要 | This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey to take 300 new teachers in H City,A Province and in H City,Z Province as research objects,and to explore the mediating effects of new teachers’occupational adaptation between socioeconomic status and developmental expectation in the way which develops Socioeconomic Status Scale for teachers with the reference to the scale developed by American Psychological Association,and develops the scale of occupational adaptation and developmental expectation for new teachers. Correlation analysis showed that new teachers’socioeconomic status and occupational adaptation positively correlated with the developmental expectation. The mediating analysis showed that the mediating effects of beginning teachers’occupational adaptation between socioeconomic status and developmental expectation are partially. The achievement of new teachers’ developmental expectation in turn can help to promote occupational adaptation. |
