英文摘要 | Based on the concept interpretation of management communication ability and school effectiveness,we designed a scale to measure the relationship between the management communication ability of the high school principals and school effectiveness. In the study, based on teacher feedback,taking teachers in middle schools as the objects of the questionnaire survey,using the Amos 17. 0 to carry out structural equation model analysis,explore the influence mechanism of principals’—management communication ability on school effectiveness. The research results show that: the management communication ability has a direct positive effect on the management effectiveness and the teacher effectiveness,the teacher effectiveness has a direct positive effect on the student effectiveness, the student effectiveness has a direct positive effect on the community effectiveness, and the community effectiveness has a direct positive effect on the management effectiveness. Based on the results of data analysis,make the discussion on the influence mechanism of principals’—management communication ability on school effectiveness,in order to provide the valuable reference for the professional development of the principals. |
