英文摘要 | The paper uses the hierarchical linear model to analyze the determinant factors of minority bilingual distance education in Xinjiang with the data of “Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region pilot experimental of minority bilingual distance education” in 2015. Results show that the Bilingual students’ grades varies significantly among the student-level, the class-level, the school-level and the region-level. Teachers’ bilingual quality makes an important effect on students’ learning willingness and interest in learning. Teachers’ information literacy has a significant effect on classroom teaching effects. Teachers’ quality difference has not obvious effect on students’ family education. Based on the above findings, three aspects of policy suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency for minority bilingual distance education in Xinjiang, Further improve on the bilingual teacher’s information literacy. To quicken the steps in training the young course teachers adapt to the bilingual distance education, establish evaluation mechanism of application in bilingual resources in distance education. |
