英文摘要 | The Netherlands attaches great importance to education. It is one of the countries which have the world's most common education and the highest level of education .PISA results in 2009 showed a decline in the quality of education in the Netherlands. Subsequently, the Dutch government and the education sector began to make the ambition plan, to strive to achieve the goal of ranking in the top 5 of the world’s knowledge-driven economies. The Netherlands developed information-based education promoted by this ambition. The overall structure is embodied in the top-level design of the "Four in Balance Model". The model acknowledges vision, expertise, content and application, and infrastructure as the building blocks for information-based basic education. The Dutch Kennisnet Foundation uses the "Four in Balance Model" to monitor the use of ICT in primary and secondary education. This paper introduces the information-based basic education in Netherlands from three aspects: the related policy of information-based basic education in Netherlands, the balance between ICT and Dutch basic education under the "Four in Balance Model", ICT to improve the teaching effect and teaching efficiency of Dutch information-based education, giving enlightenment to the development of information-based basic education in China. |
