Research on the Integration Path of Micro Video and the Chinese Communist Party Members Modern Distance Education

In recent years， the theory and application of micro video in formal learning such as academic education has been highly concerned by scholars， and it also has the practical application in informal learning such as the enterprise training. Modern distance education for the Chinese Communist Party members as a form of distance education， its occurrence and development process also follow the basic rules of distance education. Exploring the integration path of the micro video and Chinese Communist Party members modern distance education， this is conducive to broaden the application field of micro video in non-academic education and informal learning. This has important political significance， but also has important theoretical research and practical significance. This paper analyzes the integration basis of micro video and the Chinese Communist Party members modern distance education， and explores the integration path from four aspects: personnel quality， platform construction， resource construction and learning methods.
