中文摘要 | 三级教研组织是中国的一枝独秀。为什么在其它国家并不存在,唯独在中国普遍而强大?教育是复杂的人类活动,在不同文化传统、历史背景、社会制度中,现代教育既存在普遍的、共同的规律,也表现出各自的独特个性。三级教研组织既是学习苏联的结果,更是中国教育的本土经验,它的任务是对于教学的专门研究,基本职能在于提高课堂教学质量,就此而言,对于时下流行的转变职能的说法需要慎重,合理的态度是,坚持教研组织的基本职能,并且不断地使之提高和完善。 |
英文摘要 | The three-level teaching and research section in China is unique. It is popular and influential in China, but why it does not exist in any other countries? Education is complex human activity. Modern education presents both commonality and uniqueness due to different cultural tradition, historical background, and social system. The three-level teaching and research section in China is not only the result of learning from the Soviet Union, but also the indigenous experience of education in China. The task of the section is to conduct research on teaching, and its basic function is to improve the quality of classroom instruction. Thus, cautious attitude shall be adopted for the popular argument of function transformation. Appropriate attitude shall be upheld, that is, to stick to and improve the basic function of teaching and research section. |
